Black Lives Matter

I will not be silent. I will deepen my reflections of my white privilege, and I pledge to stand up and fight against systemic, overt, and covert racism. I will have uncomfortable conversations and do my part to fight oppression. Use the resources below and find a place to start. There are really concrete ways and more abstract ways. It doesn’t matter how you start; it matters that you start.

Resources:

Teaching Tolerance - Black Lives Matter

Child Mind Institute - How to Help Kids Handle the News

Anti-Racism Resources

Black Lives Matter

Grassroots Law Project

This is by no means an exhaustive list. There are many other resources, and they’re easy to find. True change needs to happen, and it starts with those of us open to working toward it.
